Today the Honor 300 series of smartphones debuted, which included the base model of the same name, the more advanced Honor 300 Pro, as well as the older Honor 300 Ultra. The new items differ from each other both in characteristics and in some external elements, and, of course, in price.
All three models feature large AMOLED displays with a high refresh rate of 120Hz. The older Honor 300 Pro and Ultra models received 6.78-inch screens with a resolution of 2700 × 1224 pixels, and the basic Honor 300 received a 6.7-inch display with a resolution of 2664 × 1200 pixels. A special feature of all new products is support for brightness up to 4000 cd/m² and PWM brightness control with a frequency of up to 3840 Hz, which ensures comfortable operation for the eyes.
Inside the regular Honor 300 there is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor, and the amount of RAM varies from 8 to 16 GB. For data storage, versions with 256 or 512 GB of internal memory are available. The software platform here, as in the other two new products, is MagicOS 9.0 based on Android 15.
Honor 300 Pro and Ultra offer a more powerful flagship chip from the previous generation – Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, which is equipped with a cooling system with a stainless steel vapor chamber with a total area of 36,842 mm². For these models, versions with 12 or 16 GB of RAM will be available. The Honor 300 Pro smartphone offers 256 or 512 GB of internal memory, while the Honor 300 Ultra version will provide 512 GB or 1 TB of flash memory.
The Honor 300 Pro, in addition to the main and wide-angle cameras (with the same characteristics as the Honor 300), has a telephoto module based on a 50-megapixel Sony IMX856 sensor with 3x zoom. In turn, the telephoto lens of the Honor 300 Ultra offers 3.8x zoom, and this camera is built on a 50-megapixel Sony IMX858 sensor. The front cameras of all three smartphones are the same – 50 megapixels.
The new items are equipped with silicon-carbon batteries with a capacity of 5300 mAh and support fast charging with a power of 100 W, which allows you to charge the battery up to 59% in 15 minutes and up to 100% in 35 minutes. The Honor 300 Pro and Ultra models are also equipped with 80W wireless fast charging. The Ultra model also boasts an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and satellite connectivity. All devices have IP65 protection.
Honor 300 will be released in purple (Luyan Purple), black (Moyan Black), green (Chaka Green), gray (Cangshan Gray) and white (Yulong Snow). Honor 300 Pro will offer black (Rock Black), green (Tea Green) and beige (Starlight Sand) colors, and Honor 300 Ultra will offer white (Camellia White) and black (Ink Rock Black).
