Images of Samsung’s mid-range Galaxy A56 smartphone, which is expected to be announced next month, have leaked online. According to the images, published by well-known leaker Evan Blass (@evleaks), the smartphone will be available in four color options: silver, pink, black, and pale green.

The leak shows four variants of the Galaxy A56 in animated images from different angles. The smartphone has a body with flat edges, a massive frame around the display that is thicker at the bottom, and a redesigned main camera module with three lenses on a black backing.

The leak confirms the design of the Galaxy A56, which was previously spotted on the website of the China Telecommunications Equipment Certification Authority (TENAA).

There is no official information from Samsung regarding the specifications of the Galaxy A56 yet. However, according to the Geekbench benchmark, which is believed to have been tested with the A56, the smartphone is based on Samsung’s proprietary Exynos 1580 chip. Insiders also report that the new product will receive a 5000 mAh battery with support for 45 W wired charging.

In addition, the GalaxyClub resource claims that the Galaxy A56, like its predecessor, will be equipped with a 50-megapixel main camera, supplemented by a 12-megapixel wide-angle and 5-megapixel macro camera. But the message about a 12-megapixel selfie camera is alarming, since the Galaxy A55 had a front camera resolution of 32 megapixels.
