Tecno was one of the brands that presented a very wide range of products at the MWC 2025 exhibition in Barcelona. The company held a preliminary announcement of the Camon 40 smartphone, demonstrated the Megabook S14, Megabook K15S and Megabook T14 Air laptops, the Watch GT1 smartwatch and the True 2 completely wireless headphones. The collection was supplemented by a special version of the Phantom V Fold2 folding smartphone, the three-fold Phantom Ultimate 2 concept and the ultra-thin Spark Slim.
The manufacturer has not yet provided detailed technical specifications of the Tecno Camon 40 smartphone – it will reveal them tomorrow – but it has revealed some details.
The device is powered by a MediaTek chip; supports the Circle to Search function; comes with a Tecno AI suite of features, including AI Image Creation, AI Call Assistant, AI Writing, and Ella voice assistant; and is water and dust resistant. The Camon 40 Premier is also being prepared for release, featuring a 50-megapixel camera — the same one used by Tecno’s AI glasses.
The Tecno Megabook S14 is billed as the “lightest” 14-inch OLED laptop in the industry, with a 2.8K display and a weight of 899g. The Megabook T14 Air, with its durable magnesium alloy body, is only slightly heavier at 999g. The Megabook K15S features a 70Wh battery with 65W fast charging and an ultra-thin all-metal body.
The Tecno Watch GT 1 smartwatch boasts expert-level health tracking features. The manufacturer has described the device as the perfect assistant on the wrist – it supports AI functions and is designed for convinced adherents of a healthy lifestyle.
The completely wireless Tecno True 2 headphones offer noise reduction of up to 45 dB and 50 hours of battery life. The manufacturer also pleased with original technological solutions at the MWC 2025 exhibition. The UltraLink communication device offers direct sending of voice messages over a distance of up to 10 km in the absence of obstacles. An interesting photochromic technology was demonstrated – the surface of the smartphone changes its shade under the influence of sunlight.
The Tecno Phantom V Fold2 foldable smartphone has received global satellite communications support – this is the first foldable device with this feature.
The Tecno Phantom Ultimate 2 concept was demonstrated – a three-fold smartphone with a 10-inch screen and a thickness of 11 mm. And, of course, the recently announced Spark Slim with a case thickness of only 5.75 mm pleased.
