The developers equipped the smartphone with a 6.67-inch display with a resolution of 1604 × 720 pixels (HD+), a refresh rate of 90 Hz and a peak brightness of 1000 cd/m². The display supports the Always-on Display function, and a special glass protects it from mechanical damage.
The smartphone is made in a case that protects internal components from dust and moisture according to the IP64 standard. In addition, the device can withstand falls from a height of up to 1.8 m. There is a cutout at the top of the display, in which an 8-megapixel front camera is installed. The main camera is based on a 50-megapixel sensor (f / 1.8) and is located on the back of the case.
Huawei has not disclosed which processor is used in the Enjoy 80. According to the source, the smartphone is equipped with a Kirin 710A chip, manufactured using a 14 nm process technology and first introduced back in 2018. In addition, there is 8 GB of RAM and a storage capacity of 128, 256 or 512 GB.
The main feature of the new product is the presence of a 6620 mAh battery with support for fast charging up to 40 W and reverse charging 5 W. A USB Type-C connector is provided for replenishing energy. The proprietary HarmonyOS 4.0 is used as a software platform. The cost of Enjoy 80 with a 128 GB drive will be $ 165, and the version with 512 GB will cost $ 233.
