Developers from CD Projekt Red announced the release of update 2.13 for the action role-playing game Cyberpunk 2077. The patch (currently only available on PC) added the promised support for AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution 3 (FSR 3) scaling.
The list of changes in the patch has only five items. In addition to FSR 3 with the frame creation function, the game has compatibility with Intel Xe Super Sampling 1.3 scaling technology, as well as the ability to simultaneously enable DLAA mode and DLSS ray reconstruction.
Update 2.13 contains changes designed to improve stability and fix a number of visual bugs. The “Slow Hard Drive Mode”, “APU Configuration” and “AMD Simultaneous Multithreading” settings have now been moved to the new “Subsystems” tab.
Let us remind you that AMD promised back at gamescom 2023 that FSR 3 would reach Cyberpunk 2077. The wait was somewhat delayed, so in May of this year, a representative of CD Projekt Red had to additionally confirm that support for the technology would definitely be added. Which is exactly what happened today.
