MSI introduced the MS-CF10 Mini-ITX board for Intel Raptor Lake-S Refresh

MSI has announced the MS-CF10 motherboard, designed for creating industrial automation systems, video surveillance platforms, medical equipment, edge devices, etc. The new product is made in the Mini-ITX format with dimensions of 170×170 mm.

Depending on the modification, the Intel R680E, Q670E or H610E logic set is used. In all cases, it is possible to install an Intel Raptor Lake-S Refresh processor in the LGA 1700 version with a TDP of up to 65 W. There are two SO-DIMM slots for DDR5-5200 modules with a total capacity of up to 64 GB.

The board has one PCIe 5.0 x16 slot, an M.2 M-key connector (PCIe x4; NVMe, SATA-3.0) for SSD format 2242/2280, an M.2 E-key connector (PCIe x1; USB 2.0; CNVi) for an adapter Wi-Fi/Bluetooth (2230 format) and an M.2 B-key connector (PCIe x1; USB 3.2 Gen2; USB 2.0) for a cellular modem (3042 format + SIM card slot). There are also two SATA 3.0 ports for drives with the ability to form RAID 0/1/5 arrays (only for versions on Intel R680E and Q670E chipsets).

All modifications of the board are equipped with three 2.5GbE network ports (Intel I226-LM and/or Intel I226-V controller), Realtek ALC897 audio codec, Fintek F81966D-I input/output controller, and TPM 2.0 chip. It is possible to display images simultaneously on four displays: LVDS with a resolution of 1920×1200 pixels @ 60 Hz, as well as eDP, HDMI 2.0 and DP with a resolution of 4096×2304 pixels @ 60 Hz (in all three cases).

The interface block contains six USB 3.2 Gen2 ports, three RJ-45 jacks for network cables, 3.5 mm audio jacks, HDMI and DP connectors. Through the connectors on the board, you can use four serial ports, two USB 3.2 Gen1 ports and three USB 2.0 ports. Operating temperature range – from 0 to +60 °C. Claimed compatibility with Windows 10 IoT Enterprise 2021 LTSC, Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC and Linux.
