Xiaomi has announced the global launch of the Pad 7 Pro and Pad 7 tablets. Both new products were first introduced in China last October. The devices feature 11.2-inch displays with a 3:2 aspect ratio, support for a resolution of 3200 × 2136 pixels with a variable refresh rate of up to 144 Hz, HDR 10, Dolby Vision, and TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light certification.

The Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro is powered by an eight-core Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor with a frequency of up to 3.4 Hz and integrated Adreno 750 graphics. The device offers 8 or 12 GB of RAM, as well as 256 or 512 GB of storage. The tablet is equipped with a 32-megapixel front camera, as well as a rear 50-megapixel camera with support for 4K video recording.
The Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro also offers four speakers with Dolby Atmos support, four microphones, Wi-Fi 7 802.11ax (2.4 GHz + 5 GHz) and Bluetooth 5.4 support, a USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-C port, and an 8850 mAh battery with 67 W fast charging. The device’s battery charges completely in 79 minutes.
The Xiaomi Pad 7 is based on the eight-core Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 processor with integrated Adreno 732 graphics. The device is available in configurations with 8 or 12 GB of RAM, as well as 128 or 256 GB of storage. Here, the set of cameras is more modest: 8-megapixel front and the main rear with a resolution of 13 megapixels.
The device received a battery with a capacity of 8850 mAh with a fast charge of 45 W. A full charge takes 103 minutes. Like the older model, Xiaomi Pad 7 is equipped with four speakers with Dolby Atmos support, four microphones, offers support for Wi-Fi 7 802.11ax (2.4 GHz + 5 GHz) and Bluetooth 5.4, and also has a USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-C port. The weight of each tablet is 490 g. The dimensions of the devices are 251.22 × 173.42 × 6.18 mm.
The Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro and Pad 7 run the HyperOS 2 operating system. They support PC-level multitasking and offer Xiaomi HyperAI and Xiaomi HyperConnect technologies. The former is a set of AI tools such as AI Writing for text processing, AI speech recognition, and AI Art with Mi Canvas. Xiaomi HyperConnect, in turn, offers an intuitive user interface and seamless integration between devices. With Xiaomi Share, you can instantly transfer files or connect different devices with a simple touch of the screen. And thanks to support for Home Screen+ 2.0, you can easily transfer apps between your phone and tablet, as well as sync incoming calls and music playback between devices.
Both models of Xiaomi Pad 7 tablets are complemented by functional accessories in the form of a Xiaomi Focus keyboard with backlit keys and adjustable tilt angles, as well as an electronic Xiaomi Focus Pen with low latency and 8192 levels of pressure.
The Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro is available in blue, gray and green colors, in two memory options: 8/256 GB with a recommended price of €499.90 and 12/512 GB with a recommended price of €599.90. The version equipped with a matte screen is available in a memory configuration of 12/512 GB and is priced at €649.90. The Xiaomi Pad 7 model is available in the same colors. The configuration with 8/128 GB of memory is priced at €399.90, and the version with 8/256 GB of memory is priced at €449.90.
