Nvidia has released the GeForce Game Ready 576.02 WHQL graphics driver. It adds support for the GeForce RTX 5060 Ti graphics cards with 16 and 8 GB of memory. The latest software version also contains one of the largest reports of fixed bugs in recent memory.

The driver includes a slew of gaming-related updates, mostly addressing crashes or issues with G-Sync and DLSS implementations. Nvidia also mentions the Windows 11 24H2 update, a fix for the black screen issue that many gamers have been experiencing when booting their PCs from sleep mode. The new driver also fixes a slew of issues with DisplayPort 2.1 monitors. It should be noted that some of the fixes are only aimed at owners of GeForce RTX 50-series graphics cards. The new software also brings DLSS 4 support to Myth: Wukong and No More Room in Hell 2.

List of fixed issues:

  • Fixed issues with random crashes in Fortnite;
  • Fixed issues with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED error in The First Berserker: Khazan;
  • Fixed an issue where Star Wars Outlaws would freeze when idle for more than 5 minutes;
  • Fixed game stability issues when using DLSS Frame Generation and G-Sync;
  • Fixed crashes in Monster Hunter Wilds after accepting a quest with DLSS Frame Generation enabled;
  • Fixed crashes with the error “GPU crashed or D3D Device Removed” in the game InZOI;
  • Fixed image stuttering when V-Sync is enabled in Overwatch 2;
  • Fixed an issue with excessive anti-aliasing when using TSR scaling in Hellblade 2: Senua’s Saga;
  • Fixed crashes in Hellblade 2: Senua’s Saga when using Smooth Motion technology;
  • Fixed crashes in The Last of Us Part 1 when using Smooth Motion technology;
  • Fixed dithering/banding in some games on GeForce RTX 50 series graphics cards;
  • Fixed flickering image distortions in the game Control;
  • Fixed image stuttering when using V-Sync;
  • Fixed issues in games with DLSS 4 support when using V-Sync and NVCP;
  • In the game Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection, image artifacts when picking up treasures have been fixed.

  • Fixed bug with PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (50) bugcheck in games with DLSS 4 support and using a multi-frame generator;
  • Fixed issues with black screen/memory buffer not filling on RTX 50 series graphics cards;
  • Fixed random black screen occurrence on RTX 50 series graphics cards;
  • Fixed the issue with PC freezing after installing driver 572.16 on RTX 50 series video cards;
  • Fixed issues observed in tests with compute shaders;
  • Fixed black screen issues with GB202/203 GPU based cards when using LG 27GN950 monitor with 120Hz refresh rate;
  • Fixed issues with PC not waking up from sleep mode;
  • Fixed blue screen issues when trying to view protected video via DisplayPort ports on RTX 5090 graphics cards;
  • Fixed issues with black screen in 3DMark test when using driver versions 572.02 and 572.16;
  • Fixed the problem with a black screen on the main monitor when connecting an additional display via a daisy chain;
  • Fixed black screen issues when using multiple 165/200Hz monitors in a daisy chain;
  • Fixed an issue with a black screen on a secondary monitor when using a higher refresh rate than the first monitor in a daisy chain;
  • Fixed issues where the primary monitor (Aorus FO32U2P) would go blank when powering down/unpowering the second display in a daisy chain;
  • Fixed issues with crashes to a black screen in graphically demanding games on RTX 50-series video cards;
  • Fixed issues with black screen on LG 5k2k 45GX950A-B monitor when connected via DisplayPort 2.1 of RTX 50-series video cards in HDR mode;
  • Fixed problems with black screen when installing the driver and loading Windows;
  • Fixed issues with unstable operation of DisplayPort 2.1 (UHBR10/13.5) on the LGE 27GX790A-B monitor;
  • Fixed issues with black screen when disabling “FCH Spread Spectrum” settings;
  • Fixed issues with slightly increased latency on some system configurations with RTX 50-series graphics;
  • Fixed issues with connecting the Varjo Aero VR headset to RTX 50 series graphics cards;
  • Fixed an issue where changing the state of the “Show GP activity icon in the notification area” option would only take effect after rebooting the PC;
  • Fixed black screen issues when selecting DLDSR resolution on RTX 50 series graphics cards;
  • Fixed issues with performance drops in the Octanebench test;
  • Fixed an issue where the overlay would not display correctly on the Fusion page in DaVinci Resolve.

List of known issues:

  • For laptops with RTX 50-series graphics, exiting Modern Standby mode may result in a black screen;
  • When using photo mode in Cyberpunk 2077 with path tracing enabled, crashes may occur on RTX 50 series graphics cards;
  • Red Dead Redemption 2 may experience crashes shortly after launching the game in DX12 mode on RTX 50-series graphics cards. This issue does not occur in Vulkan launch mode.
