Roskomnadzor has once again closed access to the BestChange.ru website, where users could exchange cryptocurrency. According to RBC, the popular resource was included in the register of prohibited websites, which is confirmed by a check on the Roskomnadzor portal.

According to the company, BestChange lawyers are already investigating the reasons and the possibility of unblocking the site. It is indicated that the service has not previously received any warnings or notifications regarding any violations.
«According to the team’s experience, if everything goes according to the standard scenario, unblocking can take about a week. The process of canceling the illegal blocking has already been launched, but we still cannot even get information from the department about the reasons for what happened, so everything is bureaucratically complicated,” company representative Nikita Zuborev told RBC.
Let us recall that the cryptocurrency exchange aggregator was blocked by Roskomnadzor at least three times over several years – in 2017, 2019 and 2020, but each time the lawyers managed to lift the restrictions. The BestChange team stated that until RKN provides clarification in response to their request, no comments regarding their position will be published. For their part, the editorial board of RBC-Crypto also sent a request to RKN for clarification.
