Chinese company Xiaomi has announced a new electric scooter, the Electric Scooter 5 Max, which is designed to “reimagine urban commuting with an updated front dual hydraulic and rear dual spring suspension system.” This suspension system will provide a smoother ride, reduce the load on your legs and arms, and generally increase comfort while riding. The company noted that this system also reduces wear on the scooter’s components, extending its service life.

The developers equipped the Electric Scooter 5 Max with a 1000-watt motor, which allows you to quickly reach a maximum speed of 25 km/h and easily climb slopes of up to 22%. The maximum load capacity of the scooter is 120 kg, which makes it suitable for a wide range of users. The developers also integrated the Traction Control System to increase stability, especially when riding on wet roads.
The scooter can travel up to 60 km without recharging, and fast charging support will allow you to fully charge the battery in 3 hours. Electric Scooter 5 Max is equipped with an intelligent energy recovery system that recharges the battery while driving by converting kinetic energy. The design includes front and rear lights that turn on automatically in low light conditions.
Electric Scooter 5 Max will soon go on sale in retail. Those wishing to purchase the new Xiaomi electric scooter will have to spend €600.
