Colorful has introduced a series of iGame Jiachen Zhilong DDR5 RAM modules, created in the same style as previously released Dragon Year limited edition motherboards. This high-performance memory is aimed at users who value aesthetics as well as performance.

The first set of memory in the new line has a capacity of 48 GB (2 × 24 GB) and operates at a frequency of 6800 MHz with CL34 timings. A key feature of the modules is an impressive heat dissipation with a Dragon Scale design and RGB lighting in the shape of a dragon.

The design of the Jiachen Zhilong series is inspired by the traditional Chinese color scheme, including the red Zheng Li and the gold Jin Xiang. On the front side of the modules you can see patterns in the form of Xiang Yun clouds and Yu Feng flying phoenixes, and on the back side there is the Jiachen Zhilong emblem. The overall look is complemented by gold edging and multi-layer fiber optic light guides, symbolizing “rising step by step”.

From a technical point of view, it is known that the new memory uses high-quality chips from SK hynix and provides data transfer speeds of up to 6800 MT/s. Supports XMP 3.0 technology for easy one-click overclocking, PMIC Intelligent Temperature Control for optimal thermal management, and ON-Die ECC for automatic error correction to ensure data integrity and stability.

While only the 48GB version is currently available on JD.com, the product page hints at a future release of a 32GB variant. It is expected that this version with a lower capacity will retain the timings of the CL34, but will be able to cope with its tasks 100% at a higher operating voltage of 1.4 W.

At the moment, the kit is available on the Chinese site JD.com at a price of 1,399 yuan (16,588.88 rubles).
