The key difference between the MPG 322URX and its predecessor is the DisplayPort 2.1 UHBR20 connector with the ability to transfer data at a speed of 80 Gbit/s – the MPG 321URX had DisplayPort 2.1 UHBR13.5 with a speed of up to 54 Gbit/s. The new product also received an improved USB Type-C connector with the ability to transfer 98 W of energy to the connected device. In the old model, the USB Type-C connector could transmit up to 90 W of power.

The rest of the MPG 322URX’s specifications remain the same. It is based on the same QD-OLED matrix with a resolution of 3840 × 2160 pixels, a refresh rate of 240 Hz, a peak brightness of 1000 cd/m2 (250 cd/m2 in SDR and 450 cd/m2 in HDR), a response time of 0.03 ms , 99% DCI-P3 color space coverage, 98% Adobe RGB and 138 percent sRGB.

The monitor also has two HDMI 2.1 connectors, two USB 3.2 Type-A, one USB 3.2 Type-B and one combined 3.5 mm audio output. The MPG 322URX claims DisplayHDR True Black 400 certification and support for adaptive image synchronization.

The MPG 322URX is already on sale in select stores in China, priced at RMB 8,499 ($1,176), which is about 6% more expensive than the previous MPG 321URX model at launch.
