It seems that Lenovo has unwittingly confirmed rumors regarding a new version of the Legion Go portable gaming console. Mentions of a more compact version of the gaming device were found on the manufacturer’s website.
One of the FAQ sections on the Lenovo website talked about a device with a “7- or 8-inch display,” an HDMI interface and two fans to cool the internal components, i.e. everything that the original Legion Go lacks. This page was later removed, but can still be found on The Internet Archive. According to the source, the new version of the portable console will be called Legion Go S, while previously there were rumors that the device would debut on the market as Legion Go Lite.
Let us remind you that the original version of the Legion Go console is equipped with an 8.8-inch display, USB Type-C is used for video output, and the cooling system includes one fan. Unfortunately, at the moment there is no other information regarding the possible appearance of a new version of Legion Go on the market. Lenovo officials have not yet commented on this issue.
