AOC has unveiled the 27-inch Q27G40XMN gaming monitor with Mini-LED backlighting. With 4,608 Mini-LEDs and 1,152 local dimming zones, the monitor’s dynamic contrast ratio reaches 80,000,000:1 and static contrast ratio reaches 5,000:1.

The AOC Q27G40XMN is based on a 10-bit (8-bit + FRC) VA matrix with support for a resolution of 2560 × 1440 pixels, a refresh rate of 180 Hz and a response time of 0.5 ms. The display claims 100 percent coverage of the sRGB color space and 97 percent of DCI-P3. The typical brightness of the monitor is 450 cd/m². The peak brightness value is 1200 cd/m². Thanks to this, the AOC Q27G40XMN received VESA DisplayHDR 1000 certification. The new product supports adaptive image synchronization technology.
The monitor comes with a stand that only allows you to adjust the tilt of the display. For those who require more ergonomic adjustments, third-party brackets are available – the monitor has VESA 100 x 100 mounts. The equipment includes one DisplayPort 1.4 and one HDMI 2.0 connector.
