Apple in 2024 delivered 56.9 million tablets, capturing 38.6 % of this market. The second place was taken by Samsung with 27.8 million devices sold, which corresponds to a market share of 18.8 %. The third place went to Huawei – it shipped 10.74 million tablets, securing 7.3 % of world supplies.

Lenovo took the fourth place with 10.42 million set tablets and a market share of 7.1 %. Xiaomi closed the five leaders by implementing 9.2 million devices and having occupied 6.2 % of the market. The company also demonstrated the most impressive annual growth – 73.1 %. This turned out to be enough to supplant Amazon and its Fire tablets from among the five largest manufacturers.

According to Canalys analysts, the PC world update cycle has positively influenced the demand for tablets around the world. It is expected that the corporate demand for tablets will grow in 2025, while shipping to end consumers will probably decrease.
