One of the key features of the Vivo X200s is the overclocked Dimensity 9400 Plus chip, which is 20% faster in artificial intelligence (AI) tasks compared to the base version of the processor. As Gizmochina notes, citing the words of the company’s representatives, this processor “delivers unprecedented speed and power efficiency.” The device is equipped with up to 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1 TB of UFS 4.1 built-in memory.

The smartphone is equipped with a 6.67-inch OLED display made by BOE with a resolution of 1.5K (2800 × 1260 pixels), a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a brightness of up to 4500 cd / m². The screen is flat, with thin frames around the perimeter. It also supports PWM dimming with a frequency of 2160 Hz for comfortable use in the dark.

The main camera is represented by three 50 MP modules. The main sensor is Sony IMX921 with optical stabilization and the proprietary color system VCS 2.0. There is also a wide-angle module based on the Samsung JN1 sensor and a periscope lens with a Sony IMX882 sensor with three-fold optical zoom. A 32 MP front camera is used for selfies.

The smartphone runs on Android 15 with the proprietary OriginOS 5 shell. Additional features include an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner under the screen, laser autofocus, a flicker sensor for image stabilization, stereo speakers, and IP68 and IP69 water and dust protection. The battery capacity is 6200 mAh. Fast charging is supported – wired at 90 W and wireless at 40 W. At the same time, Vivo continues to use a two-cell battery architecture, as in other models of the X200 series.

So far, the Vivo X200s is only available in China in five configurations:

  • 12 + 256 GB – 4199 yuan ($575);
  • 16 + 256 GB – 4399 yuan ($600);
