Vivo has unveiled the Y19 5G smartphone. The new product should not be confused with the Y19 model released by the manufacturer in 2019. The new device belongs to the budget segment and is equipped with a 6.74-inch IPS screen with a resolution of 1600 × 720 pixels and a refresh rate of 90 Hz.

Vivo Y19 5G is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor (two Cortex-A76 cores with a frequency of 2.4 GHz, six Cortex-A55 cores with a frequency of 2.0 GHz, GPU Mali-G57 MC2). The smartphone is offered with 4 or 6 GB of RAM and 64 or 128 GB of storage. The device uses an eMMC 5.1 standard drive. The memory capacity can be expanded by supporting MicroSD cards.
The front side of the device has a 5-megapixel camera, while the back has a 13-megapixel main camera sensor and a 0.08-megapixel decorative sensor. The smartphone is equipped with a 5,500 mAh battery with support for 15 W charging. Vivo promises that the battery will retain more than 80% of its capacity after 1,600 full charge and discharge cycles.
The dimensions of the device are 167.3 × 76.95 × 8.19 mm, weight – 199 grams. The smartphone has protection against water splashes and dust according to the IP64 standard. The fingerprint scanner is located in the side button. Vivo Y19 5G runs on Android 15 with the proprietary Funtouch OS 15 shell. The new product also provides some AI functions, such as AI Erase, AI Photo Enhance and AI Documents.
The smartphone is available in Titanium Silver and Majestic Green colors in India. The price of the Vivo Y19 5G in the 4/64 GB configuration is around $125, the 4/128 GB version is $135, and the 6/128 GB version is $155.
