Samsung’s invitation to Galaxy Unpacked directly hints at the presentation of the flagship Galaxy S25 line: “The new Galaxy S series is set to once again set the bar for mobile AI capabilities now and in the future.” Numerous leaks give a good idea of ​​the screen sizes of the devices. The Galaxy S25 will have a 6.2-inch display, the Galaxy S25 Plus will have a 6.7-inch display, and the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will have a 6.9-inch display.

Based on the leaked images, all S25 series phones will have rounder edges but otherwise appear to remain very close to the current Galaxy S24 series design.
