This evening, Apple will hold a presentation of new devices. The company has not yet revealed what kind of new products it has prepared, but it is obvious that among them will be a new affordable smartphone – the fourth-generation iPhone SE.

Rumors and leaks indicate that the new iPhone SE will look similar to the iPhone 14. The new product will have the same 6.1-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2532 × 1170 pixels and a refresh rate of 60 Hz. There will be a cutout at the top of the screen for the front camera and Face ID.

Another key feature of the iPhone SE 4 will be a powerful processor – most likely, the smartphone will receive the Apple A18 chip, like the current iPhone 16. This is necessary to ensure compatibility with the Apple Intelligence AI package. This could make the new product one of the best smartphones with artificial intelligence in its price category.

Alleged appearance of the new iPhone SE

The new iPhone SE is also expected to have just two cameras, which seems surprising for a 2025 smartphone. The latest rumors point to a single 48MP model on the back and a 12MP front camera.

In addition to the iPhone SE 4, Apple may introduce new color options for the iPhone 16 today. But a much more significant announcement could be the presentation of the new iPad on the Apple A18 chip and the iPad Air on the M3 or M4. Rumors also point to the imminent announcement of an updated MacBook Air on the M4 processor. Other announcements are possible, but it is unlikely that too much should be expected.

Finally, we note that Apple did not announce a live broadcast of today’s presentation. It is quite possible that the company will limit itself to issuing press releases and advertising materials.
