The reason for today’s failure in Yandex services has been revealed

The disruptions in the operation of the Yandex.Music, Yandex.Go and Yandex.Pro services that were recorded by users during the day on March 17 were caused by a failure in the Yandex infrastructure, the TASS news agency reported, citing data from Roskomnadzor.

Problems with the operation of the mentioned services were also recorded by the online system for monitoring the availability of sites and applications DownDetector. At the same time, after 15:15 Moscow time, the number of complaints about failures in the operation of Yandex services began to decrease.

According to the source, the majority of complaints about Yandex.Go were related to service failures (60%), website failures (19%), and mobile app failures (18%). Users of the music service Yandex.Music most often complained about service failures (77%), mobile app failures (14%), and website failures (5%).
