The Chinese social network Bilibili published a video, allegedly filmed at the Zotac video card factory, which shows the process of the first launch for testing the new generation flagship video card GeForce RTX 5090.

The published video shows the launch of one of the first GeForce RTX 5090 video cards produced on the assembly line on a test system. The testing process itself for any errors, cooling problems or graphic artifacts takes place automatically. You can see the joy of the factory employees after the successful launch of the GPU.
If you look closely, you will notice that only one power cable is connected to the video card. This refutes earlier rumors that older solutions of the future GeForce RTX 5000 series of video cards will be equipped with two 12+4-pin power connectors due to the significantly increased power consumption of the new accelerators. The description of the video confirms that it depicts the process of the first launch of the GeForce RTX 5090 video card.
«Due to US sanctions on China, GPUs with performance levels of RTX 4090 or higher are prohibited from export to mainland China. To circumvent these limitations, an assembly line was built in Batam, Indonesia. The video shows connecting to a monitor and testing the RTX 5090 on a test bench,” reads the description of the video.
As VideoCardz writes, an even more attentive viewer will notice the Zotac Gaming logo on the top of the video card. The resource notes the irony in the latest leak. Preparations for the release of a model of the current flagship video card RTX 4090 two years ago were also disclosed as part of a Zotac leak. The new card in the video is equipped with a massive cooling system that is at least three expansion slots thick and includes three large fans.
