The head of Nvidia promised that every person will get an AI assistant

The founder and permanent leader of Nvidia, Jensen Huang, used the rostrum of the SIGGRAPH 2024 event for another sermon about the inevitability of the widespread spread of artificial intelligence. According to him, in the future, every person will use an AI assistant, regardless of the nature of the work performed.

«Every company, every position in the company will involve the use of assistance from artificial intelligence,” the head of Nvidia traditionally said emotionally during his speech. At this event, the company’s management also noted that artificial intelligence is already being used to create advertising campaigns for Coca-Cola, known for its reverent attitude to this kind of activity.

According to the head of Nvidia, if artificial intelligence is trained by the example of everything that a specific person does, writes or says, then it is possible to provide him with a personal AI assistant. Almost all sectors of the economy will be affected by this trend, according to the company’s founder. AI will help meteorologists predict the weather more accurately with less energy consumption, people in creative professions will be able to generate images using AI, the industry of digital twins in industry will develop, artificial intelligence will also transform the transport sector through the use of generative functions in relation to the autopilot.

Another curiosity on the SIGGRAPH 2024 stage was the planned meeting between Jensen Huang and Meta✴ Platforms founder Mark Zuckerberg. At the end of their performance together at the event, they exchanged custom-made jackets, and the moment was captured by Meta✴ representatives. Zuckerberg did not stint giving Huang a black leather sheepskin coat with a large fur collar and cuffs. Huang had to give Zuckerberg a leather jacket in exchange, which his wife bought for him specifically for participating in this event. He managed to wear the new thing for no more than two hours before he exchanged it with Zuckerberg. The latter even joked: “It costs more because it was used.”
