The animated series based on the Secret Level games from the creators of Love, Death and Robots from Blur Studio and Amazon MGM Studios has barely received its second set of episodes, but it has already earned a sequel.

According to Amazon, “The Secret Level” had the best launch of any animated show on Prime Video in terms of viewership in its first week of premiere. Exactly what indicators the anthology managed to achieve is not specified.
As reported by Variety, citing data from Luminate, in the United States during the first week of availability, Secret Level was watched for 155.3 million minutes, which, when divided by the length of the show (109 minutes), equals approximately 1.4 million views.
Against the backdrop of the success, Amazon announced the decision to extend Secret Level for another season. When to expect the sequel and which game franchises will form its basis is not disclosed at this stage.
Let’s remember that Secret Level is a set of independent stories from the worlds of Warhammer 40,000, Armored Core, Dungeons & Dragons, Exodus, God of War, Mega Man, Pac-Man, Sifu, The Outer Worlds 2, Unreal Tournament and the now closed Concord.
Keanu Reeves, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Kevin Hart, Gabriel Luna, Laura Bailey, Clive Standen and others gave their voices to Secret Level characters.
«The Secret Level” started on December 10 on the Prime Video streaming service with the first eight episodes, and the remaining seven episodes were released the day before, on the 17th. The show is based on the Unreal Engine.
