Team Group 2025 announced a large number of new products for industrial and commercial use. SSDs in various form factors, RAM modules, and micro SD flash cards debuted.
In particular, the P250Q One-Click Data Destruction SSD is presented, the peculiarity of which is the support of physical destruction of flash memory in order to prevent the extraction of information. This function complements traditional software erasure, eliminating the possibility of recovering confidential data.
In addition, RF40 E1.S Enterprise SSD drives in the E1.S form factor for data centers were announced. These devices allow hot swapping, and a patented copper-graphene radiator with a thickness of only 0.17 mm is responsible for heat dissipation. The R840 and R250 series products of the M.2 size, equipped with the PCIe 5.0 x4 interface, are aimed at the industrial sector. These SSDs use a controller manufactured using TSMC 6-nm technology. Information on the capacity and speed characteristics of all listed products has not yet been disclosed.
The list of new products includes modules of industrial-grade DDR5 RAM of the CU-DIMM (Clocked Unbuffered DIMM) and CSO-DIMM (Clocked Small Outline DIMM) standards. They operate at a frequency of 6400 MHz with a supply voltage of 1.1 V. These modules can be used in servers, industrial laptops of increased durability, etc.

Also announced are the CAMM2 and LPCAMM2 (Compression Attached Memory Module 2) memory modules, designed for industrial systems, edge devices, etc. Such solutions are mounted parallel to the motherboard, due to which they take up less space in height. Threaded stands are used for installation. The memory complies with the DDR5-6400 standard.
Other new products include the CXL 2.0 Server Memory Module. In addition, the D500R WORM Memory Card and D500N Hidden Memory Card are presented. The first ones are oriented towards WORM loads (Write Once, Read Many), which prevents data from being erased or changed. The second type of cards have a built-in partition hiding function.
