Samsung will begin rolling out the One UI 7 skin to Android 15 smartphones globally on April 7, with the update rolling out in the US on April 10. The first to receive the update will be the Samsung Galaxy S24, Galaxy Z Fold 6, and Galaxy Z Flip 6, followed by the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 FE, Galaxy Z Fold 5, Galaxy Z Flip 5, Galaxy Tab S10, and Galaxy Tab S9.

The key feature of One UI 7 is deep integration with Google Gemini, which now acts as the default AI assistant and allows you to perform actions in several apps at once. The shell has a new Now Bar element – a panel that adds dynamic widgets to the lock screen. Natural language search is also available in the device settings, allowing you to quickly find the desired settings.
Samsung has updated its built-in AI tools, including Audio Eraser, a tool for removing various types of noise from video recordings. One UI 7 was already pre-installed on Samsung’s flagship Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 Plus, and Galaxy S25 Ultra, which went on sale in February. The update is also available for the Galaxy A56, Galaxy A36, and Galaxy A26, which were introduced in early March.
