Registration continues for the anniversary conference “Free Software in Higher Education” on February 7-9

«Basalt SPO” with the support of the Institute of Software Systems named after. A.K. Ailamazyan RAS holds the XX Annual Conference “Free Software in Higher Education” (OSEDUCONF).

The event will take place on February 7-9, 2025 in the city of Pereslavl-Zalessky at the Institute of PS RAS. It will be attended by teachers and staff of educational organizations, students and graduate students from different universities, developers and advanced users of open source software. At the conference they will discuss topics related to the development of free software and the prospects for its development, and talk about the experience of implementing and using open source software in the educational process.

Application deadlines:

• From listeners who need a transfer – until February 3, 2025;
• From listeners who do not need a transfer – until February 5, 2025.

Video recordings of reports and presentations will be publicly available on VK Video and on the event page. Abstracts of reports will be published in a separate collection and will be published in the national bibliographic database of scientific citations RSCI.
