Realme 14 Pro+ smartphone based on Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 presented, which turns blue in the cold

Realme has revealed the specifications of the Realme 14 Pro+ smartphone, which was pre-announced in China last month, but without disclosing the specifications. Ahead of the start of global sales of the Realme 14 series, scheduled for January 16, the company has published data about the smartphone on the official Realme China online store.

Realme 14 Pro+ features a 6.83-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2800 x 1272 pixels, a refresh rate of 120Hz and a peak brightness of 1500 cd/m2. Durable Gorilla Glass 7i provides scratch protection. There is a 32-megapixel selfie camera at the top of the display. There is also an under-screen scanner to unlock the device.

The smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor along with 12 GB of RAM and a flash drive with a capacity of 256 or 512 GB.

The rear panel houses a 50-megapixel main camera with a 1/1.56-inch IMX896 sensor with f/1.8 aperture and optical image stabilization, a 50-megapixel periscopic camera with a 1/2-inch IMX882 sensor with optical image stabilization and 3 -x zoom, as well as an 8-megapixel camera with wide-angle lens. Also reported is a triple LED MagicGlow flash, each LED of which has a different color temperature, which allows for more natural lighting in the photo.

The Gilded White version of the Realme 14 Pro+ smartphone comes with a temperature-sensitive back panel, the pattern on which changes color to bright blue when the temperature drops to 16 °C and below. For protection against dust and water, the smartphone complies with IP68/IP69 standards.

Realme 14 Pro+ will be available in Sea Rock Gray and Gilded White colors. The price of the basic version of the smartphone with 12/256 GB of memory is 2599 yuan (about $355). The cost of the model with 12/512 GB of memory is 2799 yuan (about $380).
