In honor of the 50th anniversary of the iconic character Hello Kitty, gaming equipment manufacturer Razer has teamed up with Sanrio (owner of Hello Kitty) to release an exclusive collection of gaming accessories. The line includes such popular Razer products as the Kraken Kitty V2 gaming headset, Ornata V3 Tenkeyless keyboard, Enki X gaming chair and other accessories made in the Hello Kitty style.
Functionally, the new devices will be no different from standard equipment, but their cost will be significantly higher, reports Polygon.com. For example, the regular Kraken Kitty V2 headset costs $79.99, while the Hello Kitty model costs $139.99. Despite the higher price, the producers expect that the collection will certainly interest Hello Kitty fans. The design of the accessories is made in the style characteristic of the brand using recognizable elements and colors.
Razer has also added several new Hello Kitty designs to its Razer Customs catalog. Users will now be able to personalize their Razer Orochi V2 mouse and Razer Gigantus V2 mouse pad by choosing from a selection of themed designs.
Interestingly, the collaboration between Razer and Sanrio was not limited to Hello Kitty. Popular Sanrio characters such as Cinnamoroll and Gudetama have also been added to the customization catalog. All products will be available exclusively through the official Razer website.
