Razer has launched a platform for streaming games to mobile devices at their native screen resolutions, aspect ratios, and refresh rates. The Razer PC Remote Play app can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play. The platform is compatible with Windows, Apple, and Android mobile devices running Windows 11, iOS 18, and Android 14, respectively.

Razer PC Remote Play is built on the Moonlight streaming client. It requires users to install the Razer Cortex launcher on their PC, which now features a redesigned interface and is compatible with Steam, the Epic Games Store, and Microsoft’s PC Game Pass subscription service. Mobile devices will require the Razer Nexus launcher.
Razer PC Remote Play was announced at CES 2025 earlier this year. The company notes that the new version of the app includes the AV1 video codec for improved quality and lower latency, as well as support for the Razer Kishi Ultra and all iOS and Android-compatible controllers. Kishi Ultra controller owners with Android devices can use Razer Sensa HD Haptics, which uses in-game audio to create haptic feedback.
When streaming games from a PC to an iPad, the Razer PC Remote Play app is fully compatible with connected keyboards, mice, and trackpads, potentially making the Apple tablet a good solution for streaming and playing first-person shooters.
