Patriot Memory has introduced a series of P400 V4 NVMe solid-state drives equipped with a PCIe 4.0 x4 interface. The series includes SSD models with capacities from 500 GB to 4 TB. The new products offer sequential read speeds of up to 6200 MB/s and sequential write speeds of up to 5200 MB/s.

The company notes the compatibility of P400 V4 drives with PlayStation 5 game consoles. As part of the PS5, drives provide speeds of up to 6000 MB/s.
For new products, a resource of up to 1280 TBW (terabyte of overwritten information), a thin graphene radiator and a five-year manufacturer’s warranty are stated. The drives are also compatible with Windows 7, 8.0, 8.1, 10 and 11 operating systems, as well as support for SmartECC technology to improve reliability.
The manufacturer has not yet announced the cost of P400 V4 drives.
