All presented new products have dimensions of 294 × 116 × 49.5 mm and a thickness of 2.5 expansion slots. The manufacturer claims that the cards comply with the Nvidia SFF-Ready format for compact builds. All presented models received one 12+4-pin 12VHPWR connector for additional power. The set of external video outputs for the new products is also the same: one HDMI 2.1 and three DisplayPort 1.4a.

The Palit GeForce RTX 4080 Super Infinity 3 is powered by an AD103 GPU with 10,240 CUDA cores. For the version with factory overclocking for the GPU, the frequency range is stated from 2295 to 2580 MHz. The card has 16 GB of GDDR6X memory on board with a speed of 23 Gbit/s per contact, support for a 256-bit bus and a total bandwidth of 736 GB/s. For the RTX 4080 Super Infinity 3, power consumption is specified at 320 W.

Palit GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super Infinity 3 uses AD103 GPU with 8448 CUDA cores. For the overclocked version, the manufacturer claims a GPU frequency range from 2340 to 2640 MHz. The card has 16 GB of GDDR6X memory with a speed of 21 Gbps per pin, support for a 256-bit bus and a bandwidth of 672 GB/s. The power consumption of the new product is stated at 285 W.

Palit GeForce RTX 4070 Super Infinity 3 uses AD104 GPU with 7168 CUDA cores. In the factory overclocked version, the GPU operates in the frequency range from 1980 to 2640 MHz. The card received 12 GB of GDDR6X memory with a speed of 21 Gbit/s per contact, support for a 192-bit bus and a bandwidth of 504 GB/s. The power consumption of the new product is 245 W.
