A little over a week remains until the presentation of the Oppo Find X8 series smartphones, including the Oppo Find X8 Ultra, Find X8s and Find X8s+ models. The official announcement will take place in China on April 10. Ahead of the event, Oppo published renders of the devices, revealing their design.

Judging by the images, the flagship Find X8 Ultra is equipped with a flat screen, and on the back panel you can see two periscope telephoto lenses. The company has already confirmed that the smartphones of the series will receive 12 or 16 GB of RAM and flash drives of 256 or 512 GB. The flagship model will offer 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of built-in memory, as well as support for satellite communications. Smartphones will be available in white (Moonlight White), blue (Morning Light) and black (Hoshino Black) colors.

According to insiders, Find X8s and Find X8s+ will differ in the size of the AMOLED screen – 6.3 and 6.59 inches diagonally, respectively. The display resolution will be 2760 × 1256 pixels, the refresh rate will be 120 Hz, and the peak brightness will reach 4500 cd / m². The smartphones are based on the eight-core 3-nm Dimensity 9400+ chip with the Immortalis-G925 graphics accelerator.

The main camera is a 50-megapixel sensor with optical stabilization (OIS), additionally there is a 50-megapixel wide-angle camera (120°) and a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with OIS, three-fold optical and 120-fold digital zoom. It is also important to note that the new products comply with IP68 and IP69 dust and moisture protection standards.

The flagship Find X8 Ultra, according to sources, will receive a 3-nm Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, as well as a 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED screen with a Quad HD+ resolution (3168 × 1440 pixels), an adaptive refresh rate of 1 to 120 Hz and PWM brightness control with a frequency of 2160 Hz. The screen will be protected by durable Oppo Crystal Shield Glass.

There are four 50-megapixel cameras on the back, including two periscope telephoto cameras. The front camera has a resolution of 32 megapixels, like the rest of the smartphones in the series. In addition, the Find X8 Ultra also complies with IP68 and IP69 standards for protection against dust and moisture.
