NVIDIA has updated the DLSS/RTX user interface management for games developers. These materials are necessary for the correct integration of recently launched DLSS 4 and Reflex 2 technologies in user game interfaces.
NVIDIA Reflex 2 includes two technologies: Reflex Low Latence and the new Frame Warp, which is exclusive for video cards of the GeForce RTX 50 series. At the same time, Reflex Low Latence is supported even by video cards on the NVIDIA MAXWELL architecture with GeForce 455 drivers.
The integration of Reflex technology is usually carried out along with the technology of generating the DLSS Frame Generation and scaling DLSS to reduce system delay. In the latest recommendations for developers, it is especially emphasized that Reflex Low Latency is not supported by other personnel generation technologies, such as FRAME Generation as part of AMD FSR.
As a rule, the developers themselves do not offer this option for other personnel generation technologies. However, there are Reflex activation methods through third -party software, such as Nvidia Inspector or Rivatuner. The new NVIDIA solution means that the owners of the GEFORCE RTX of the 30th series and below will not be able to connect the AMD frame generation with Nvidia Reflex, at least standard methods.
