Nvidia has released a fresh graphics driver package, GeForce Game Ready 572.42 WHQL, which adds support for Sid Meier’s Civilization VII, as well as Avowed with DLSS 4, Reflex, Super Resolution, and ray tracing.

The driver also includes support for updates to Wuthering Waves with a frame generator and ray tracing, and Indiana Jones and the Great Circle with a multi-frame generator and DLSS ray reconstruction technology.
Nvidia’s new software offers support for five new G-Sync monitors (AOC 27G4H, AOC 25G4SXU, AOC AG275QZM, AOC Q24G4, and Philips 27M2N5500L), as well as optimal gaming settings for four games: Avowed, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, and Sid Meier’s Civilization VII.
List of fixed issues:
- Fixed crashes when launching Valorant.
- Fixed PC freezes when exiting Final Fantasy XVI.
- Fixed an issue where some PC configurations experienced reduced performance in Delta Force when Resizable BAR was enabled.
- Fixed unexpected low performance results for Blackwell graphics cards in the 3DMark DXR test.
- Fixed a compatibility issue caused by a version mismatch between the current and updated dynamic link library files.
List of known issues:
- Changing the status of the “Show GPU activity icon in the notification area” setting does not take effect until you restart your PC.
- Suddenly low performance in Cuda Vpath tests on the Blackwell video cards in Vray 6.
