NVIDIA has released a fresh package of the GEFORCE Game Ready 572.16 WhQL graphics driver. The support of the new GEFORCE RTX 5090 and GeForce RTX 5080, sales of which will start today today.
NVIDIA also added support to CUDA 12.8 to the new version of the NVIDIA driver.
List of fixed issues:
- Some of the monitors compatible with G-Syn observed flickering when the number of frames per second in the games fell below 60 FPS;
- In the game Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, microfrisis could be observed with the vertical synchronization turned off;
- Improved the stability of Ubisoft games built on the Snowdrop engine;
- Fixed the problem with the high use of the resources of the central processor by Evernote and QQ;
- Fixed the problem with improper display of the blur effect in Blender Cycles;
- Fixed the driver’s time-authors when loading the scene “Animation of the key frame of the camera” in Keyshot2024.
List of known issues:
- Change in the state “display the graphic processor activity icon in the field of notifications” does not enter into force before the PC reboot;
- Suddenly low performance in Cuda Vpath tests on the Blackwell video cards in Vray 6.
