Electronics manufacturer Nothing, which according to Canalys is the fastest growing brand in the smartphone and wireless headphone industry, announced that it will introduce another new product on October 30 – the Nothing Phone (2a) Community Edition smartphone. The new product, judging by the short video published, will be green in color and will be able to glow in the dark – a number of its elements will be covered with fluorescent paint.

Prior to this, the company announced the Phone (2a) smartphone in black, white and milky colors in March. This was followed by the introduction of the Phone (2a) in blue in April, followed by the Phone (2a) Special Edition in May. In July, the Phone (2a) Plus smartphone with updated hardware was introduced.

According to GSMArena.com, the upcoming smartphone is the culmination of the Nothing Phone (2a) Community Edition project, which began in March 2024 and at various stages used ideas for hardware design, wallpaper, packaging and marketing campaign from Nothing user suggestions. The winners of this project are listed on the Nothing website.

All details about the new product will be known in a couple of weeks. It is quite possible that before this happens, insiders will still be able to find out and share information with the Internet community about what the new model is. It is very likely that Nothing will limit itself to only external changes.
