MSI has launched the MAG 272UP QD-OLED X24 gaming monitor in China. The new product has already appeared on the JD.com trading platform at a price of 5,599 yuan (about $776). MSI has confirmed that it will release this monitor in other markets as well.

The MAG 272UP QD-OLED X24 is equipped with a 26.5-inch fourth-generation QD-OLED matrix from Samsung with support for 4K resolution (3840 × 2160 pixels) and a refresh rate of 240 Hz. The display pixel density is 166 PPI. The typical screen brightness is 450 cd/m², the peak is 1000 cd/m². The display is certified VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400, supports adaptive image synchronization, and is compatible with Nvidia G-Sync.

The color accuracy of the new product is Delta E ≤ 2. The monitor has 99% coverage of the DCI-P3 color space, 98% of Adobe RGB, and 138% of sRGB. Each device comes with pre-factory color calibration.

The monitor is equipped with MSI OLED Care 2.0 technology, which automatically shifts and refreshes pixels and adjusts the backlight to reduce the risk of burn-in. The MAG 272UP QD-OLED X24 also offers several gaming features, such as a digital aiming device and visual enhancements for dark game scenes.

The monitor’s set of external connectors includes two HDMI 2.1, one DisplayPort 1.4a, one USB Type-C with support for alternative DisplayPort modes and 15 W charging, and a 3.5 mm audio output. The ergonomic stand allows you to adjust the height of the screen above the table, as well as the angles of rotation and tilt. The new product also boasts various eye protection technologies, such as reducing blue light emissions and eliminating the flickering effect.
