Bosworth noted that, despite the fact that 2024 was the best year for the department, Reality Labs “has not yet left a trace in the world.” Recent abbreviations affected the number of developers, but Bosworth is sure that “large teams are not needed for excellent work” – in his opinion, small groups advanced faster and gave better results.

According to the Bosworth, now the team does not need a “bunch of new ideas”, you need to “just fulfill the task in order to succeed”. He did not mention what would happen if Horizon Worlds would not be a hit this year. Analysts believe that the success of the metavselnaya is unlikely, which is why the Bosworth message is more like information about the date of completion of the project.
