MediaTek expected to grow chips for smartphones and routers

He believes that this is a good sign not only for an increase in the number of devices with support for AI, but also to increase the number of cloud data centers.

As for financial results, the MediaTek net profit in the last quarter decreased by 6.9 % in annual calculus and amounted to 23.94 billion Taiwan dollars. Regarding the previous quarter, the company’s profit decreased by 6.4 %. In general, over the past year, MediaTek’s profit increased by 38.8 % to 107.14 billion Taiwanese dollars.
