This summer, Lenovo will launch the ThinkBook Plus Gen 6 Rollable, the world’s first laptop with an expanding OLED display. This feature allows for an additional 50% increase in screen space. But the company has another unusual laptop coming up, the ThinkBook Flip AI PC, which will allow users to double their screen space when needed.

Information about the new product was shared by the authoritative insider Evan Blass. According to him, ThinkBook Flip AI PC will be presented at the MWC electronics exhibition, which will be held from March 3 to 6. The device is a laptop with a folding OLED display, which when unfolded becomes twice as tall as a regular laptop screen. If additional space is needed, the display can be expanded to full size. If an additional screen is not needed or the user wants to show something to another person opposite, the upper part of the display can be turned in the opposite direction.
In some ways, the ThinkBook Flip AI PC is similar to the previously announced Lenovo Yoga Book 9i and Asus Zenbook Duo, which also provide extra screen space. However, it has a few differences. First, instead of one large display that folds down the middle, the Yoga Book 9i and Zenbook Duo have two separate displays connected by a hinge. Second, their keyboards are wireless accessories that can be placed on top of one of the screens or directly in front of the device.
In contrast, the ThinkBook Flip AI PC features two hinges and a built-in keyboard, making it a full-fledged laptop. When closed, the top section of the display sits on top of the device’s lid, making it look like a tablet. When unfolded, the display faces the keyboard.
