IOS 18 will warn you if your iPhone is connected to a slow charger

IOS 18, released yesterday, contains more charging settings for the iPhone 15 smartphone, and the new version of the operating system for the iPhone will show warnings if the smartphone is using a slow charger, writes 9to5Mac.

In the Settings app for iOS 18, iPhone 15 users will see several options for setting the charging limit in the “Charging” subsection of the “Battery” menu section. If previously the user could set the charging limit to 80%, now it is possible to set charging limits to 85, 90 and 95% in the settings.

IOS 18 also includes a new feature to warn you when using a slow charger to charge your iPhone. You can see it by selecting the Battery menu in the Settings app, which displays a graph of the battery charge level. If charging using a slow charger, a warning message will appear. Also, when using a slow charger, the color of the graph changes to orange.

It should be noted that it is currently unclear at what charger power the “Slow Charger” message appears.
