Infinix Hot 50 Pro smartphone announced with Helio G100 chip, headphone jack and 120Hz screen

Infinix has unveiled the Hot 50 Pro smartphone, which is largely similar to the Hot 50 Pro+ 4G model announced last week. In particular, the new product is equipped with the same eight-core MediaTek Helio G100 processor, manufactured using a 6-nm process technology.

The Infinix Hot 50 Pro smartphone has a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution (2436 × 1080 pixels) and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The display has a peak brightness of 1800 cd/m2. The hole at the top of the display houses the 8MP selfie camera. There is also an in-display fingerprint scanner to unlock the smartphone.

On the rear panel there is a main camera with a 50-megapixel Hi-5022Q sensor measuring 1/2.8″ with autofocus and f/1.6 aperture, which is complemented by a 2-megapixel depth sensor, as well as a third sensor, the parameters of which have not yet been specified. .

The Infinix Hot 50 Pro runs Android 14 with XOS 14.5 on top. The smartphone has two memory configurations – 8/128 GB and 8/256 GB. The storage capacity can be expanded up to 2 TB using a microSD memory card. High-quality sound is provided by two speakers with support for DTS Sound and Hi-Res Audio. The 5000 mAh battery supports fast charging up to 33 W.

The smartphone’s specifications also include a USB-C port, an NFC chip and a 3.5mm headphone audio jack. The device is protected against dust and splashing water according to the IP54 standard. The smartphone boasts a thin body with a thickness of only 7.4 mm and a weight of 190 g. The body color is black, glacial blue and titanium gray. The price and start date of sales of the new product will be known a little later.
