Chinese company Huawei has introduced Smart Glasses 2 smart glasses to the domestic market, which feature a design that is unusual for this category of gadgets, with round frames made of hollow titanium and optical lenses. Huawei’s new smart glasses support a number of AI-powered features, including online speech translation that can be activated via a voice command. Huawei did not specify which languages are supported, but assured that the device is capable of providing smooth translations from different languages.

In addition to this, there is the Cervical Health 2.0 function, which, as the name suggests, is focused on women’s health and can give the user various tips in this area. The device can also tell you the weather forecast and remind you of planned activities. Note the support for head movement control functions. For example, to answer an incoming call, you just need to nod slightly.

Smart Glasses 2 are equipped with a rechargeable battery that provides up to 9 hours of talk time and up to 11 hours of music playback. The process of charging the device’s battery from 0 to 100% takes 50 minutes.

Huawei’s new smart glasses are already available for purchase in China, where they cost around $313. There’s no word yet on the device’s international debut, but the company already has Eyewear 2 for the global market, which has a similar feature set.
