Honor will present flagship smartphones Magic7 and the MagicOS 9.0 platform before the end of the month

Honor has announced the imminent announcement of the flagship smartphones of the Magic7 series and a new version of its proprietary user interface MagicOS 9.0, which is based on the Android 15 software platform. To present the new products, the manufacturer will hold two events in China. The MagicOS 9.0 platform will be presented on October 23, and Magic7 smartphones on October 30.

One of the notable features of MagicOS 9.0 will be the introduction of new features based on artificial intelligence. These features include the always-available AI assistant, AI Agent, designed to compete with competitors such as Apple Intelligence and Google Gemini. Honor’s AI assistant was first announced at IFA 2024. Its capabilities were also demonstrated in a video showing the Honor Magic7 smartphone.

As for the Magic7 smartphones, it is assumed that their hardware basis will be the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 microprocessor. It is possible that Honor will equip the basic version of the Magic7 with a MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chip. There are about two weeks left before the official announcement of the smartphones, during which a new one may appear information about the characteristics of Magic7.
