For comparison: the game surpassed 100 million downloaded mods from the Nexus Mods website (the main platform before the introduction of official support) in mid-February 2024, that is, six and a half months after the full release.

Official mod support in Baldur’s Gate 3 includes the aforementioned manager and the BG3 Toolkit modding tool. The editor allows you to add new weapons, armor, classes, subclasses, spells, and the like to the game.

Baldur’s Gate 3 left early access on August 3, 2023 on PC (Steam, GOG), and then reached Mac, PS5, Xbox Series X and S. In 2025, the game will receive its eighth major patch – stress testing is expected in the near future.
