NotebookLM can process large amounts of information and summarize it in a podcast-style, tutorial, or guide format. These features can be useful not only for researchers, but also for regular users, saving them from, for example, reading product manuals, since NotebookLM will have answers to all questions about them ready based on the information loaded.
If you are taking any courses or preparing for an exam, Google’s NotebookLM will help you with this. For example, you can download existing study materials, since NotebookLM’s functionality allows you to find and add online sources to the notebook, and combine them into one study guide for revision, create a knowledge base based on them, and much more.
NotebookLM will also provide a brief description of the document’s contents, highlighting key points, help you write a video script based on the idea, and more.
As Android Authority noted, Google is expanding NotebookLM’s functionality to its other products. For example, the company has added NotebookLM’s Audio Overview feature to Gemini, which lets you turn documents and slides into podcast-style audio discussions.
