Let us remind you that the story of The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep is taken from the story “A Little Sacrifice”. Its events take place between the fifth and sixth episodes of the first season of the Netflix series The Witcher.
In the story, the witcher Geralt of Rivia is hired to investigate a series of attacks in a coastal village, and as a result, the White Wolf becomes embroiled in a centuries-old conflict between ordinary residents and fish people.
The official trailer for The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep, published by Netflix, lasts two minutes and shows a number of scenes, including combat scenes – for example, Geralt’s battle with the kraken and other sea creatures.
Although it’s been over a year since Call of the Deep was announced, fans are still excited about the fact that Geralt is voiced by Doug Cockle, the voice of the character in the English version of CD Projekt Red’s The Witcher games.
At the same time, the character design is based on their appearance in the Witcher series. That is why Geralt turned out to be similar to Henry Cavill, who left the show after the third season.
«The Witcher: Call of the Deep will be released on February 11 on Netflix. South Korean Studio Mir, known, among other things, for the cartoon The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf, is responsible for production.
