Galax has officially unveiled three flagship GeForce RTX 5090D graphics cards in HOF (Hall of Fame) editions. The HOF OC LAB XOC Limited Edition, HOF OC LAB Plus-X, and HOF OC LAB versions offer different levels of additional factory GPU overclocking. The manufacturer does not plan to release a global version of the RTX 5090 as part of its signature HOF series.

The GeForce RTX 5090D HOF was developed and tuned by an internal team of experts and overclockers from OC Lab. The new products are equipped with reinforced 36-phase VRM power subsystems with 70-ampere DrMOS modules. The cards are based on the GB202-250 graphics processor with 21,760 CUDA cores. The accelerators are equipped with 32 GB of GDDR7 memory with a speed of 28 Gbps.
The most powerful of the RTX 5090D HOF versions presented is the XOC model. It is equipped with two 12V-2×6 power connectors. The Plus-X and OC LAB variants received one such connector each. They use the same PCB, but with fewer components. Galax claims that the XOC version has already set nine new world records for overclocking.
As for clock speeds, the XOC Limited Edition model has a Boost frequency of 2655 MHz, the OC LAB Plus-X version has a Boost frequency of 2610 MHz, and the OC LAB has a Boost frequency of 2580 MHz. All three cards have a declared TGP of 600 W. In practice, the company most likely released a custom BIOS for the XOC version with an increased maximum TGP value, taking into account the presence of two 12V-2×6 power connectors. However, such firmware will not be available to ordinary users – it is intended exclusively for overclockers.
The company has priced the GeForce RTX 5090D HOF OC LAB XOC Limited Edition at 29,999 yuan (about $4,140), the OC LAB Plus-X at 26,199 yuan (about $3,620), and the OC LAB at 26,099 yuan (about $3,605).
It is unknown whether the cards have gone on sale or where they can be purchased.
