Vivo announced the start of global sales of the Vivo X200 and X200 Pro smartphones, presented a month ago in China. The first country where it will be possible to purchase new items is Malaysia. The third model in the series – X200 mini – will remain exclusive to the domestic market of the Middle Kingdom.

Vivo X200

The Vivo X200 and X200 Pro, intended for the global market, have the same specifications as those supplied to the Chinese consumer. Both models have a screen curved at the edges. The Vivo X200 uses a 6.67-inch LTPO AMOLED panel, while the X200 Pro has a 6.78-inch 8T LTPO AMOLED panel. The resolution in both cases is 2800 × 1260 pixels, the refresh rate is 120 Hz with a peak brightness of 4500 cd/m2. The PWM brightness control frequency is 2160 Hz.

Vivo X200 Pro

Both models are based on the flagship 3nm Dimensity 9400 chip with an Immortalis-G925 graphics accelerator, have 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512 GB of UFS 4.0 storage. The main camera of the Vivo X200 includes a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-818 sensor with optical stabilization, a telephoto periscope lens with a 50-megapixel IMX882 sensor with optical stabilization, and a 50-megapixel sensor with wide-angle optics. The front camera resolution is 32 megapixels, the same as the X200 Pro.

The main camera of the X200 Pro includes a Zeiss APO periscopic telephoto lens with a 200-megapixel 1/1.4 sensor that provides 3.7x optical zoom and 20x magnification in macro mode. The camera uses the V3+ chip for cinematic 4K HDR portrait videos. The camera also includes a 50-megapixel sensor with wide-angle optics and a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-818 sensor with optical stabilization and autofocus. The camera lenses of both smartphones use Zeiss T coating.

As a power source, Vivo X200 uses a 5800 mAh battery with support for 90 W fast wired charging. The X200 Pro has a 6000 mAh battery that supports both 90 W fast wired charging and 30 W wireless charging.

Both models run Funtouch OS 15 based on Android 15 and are rated IP68/IP69 for dust and water resistance.

New items are available for pre-order in Malaysia. The price of Vivo X200 with 16/512 GB of memory is about $804. The cost of the Vivo X200 Pro 16/512 GB model is about $1050.
