First AMD Radeon RX 9070 Series Video Card Reviews Coming March 5

According to VideoCardz, AMD has told the media when they will be able to publish reviews of the new Radeon RX 9070 series graphics cards. The company previously confirmed that the Radeon RX 9070 XT and RX 9070 accelerators will be unveiled on February 28. At that time, AMD will also talk about the new RDNA 4 graphics architecture that underlies them.

The first independent reviews of the next-generation Radeon graphics cards are expected on March 5. AMD did not mention a launch date for the cards in its latest media statement. But given the history of previous launches, it is likely that the cards will be available for purchase the following day.

It is possible that on February 28, AMD may also talk about the Radeon RX 9060 graphics card models. They were already mentioned by the manufacturer during its presentation at the CES 2025 exhibition, but there are no more details about them yet.

It is noteworthy that on March 5, in addition to the Radeon RX 9070 reviews, the start of sales of GeForce RTX 5070 video cards from Nvidia is expected, and their first reviews will appear a day earlier.
